Welcome to Live In Your Design. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Use of Content All content, products, and materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission from Live In Your Design.

 

2. Purchases & Payments. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon.

 

3. Refund Policy. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. For coaching or membership programs, refund policies will be clearly stated at the point of sale.

 

4. Account Responsibility. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your actions.

 

5. Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of our website or services.

 

6. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Beta Membership Pricing Policy

This policy outlines the terms for members joining under the beta or founding member pricing offer.

​

1. Founding Member Rate

Members who enroll during the Founding Member Launch (Beta Period) lock in a special monthly rate of $17/month. This rate is exclusive to beta members and reflects early access to the program in its foundational stage.

2. Lifetime of Active Membership

The $17/month rate is valid for the lifetime of your active membership. As long as your payments remain uninterrupted, you will retain this pricing even as public rates increase in the future.

3. Cancellation & Rejoining

​If you cancel your membership at any time:

​

• Your founding member rate will be forfeited.

• If you choose to rejoin later, you must enroll at the current public rate (e.g. $37/month or higher).

• Rejoining at the original beta rate is not permitted under any circumstances.

4. Program Access

This membership includes access to all standard features available during your active subscription. Any additional services or future upgrades may be offered separately.
