I'm not coaching
from the mountaintop.
I'm climbing it
right next to you.
Two boys. A full-time job. A body I've rebuilt more than once. This is the real story — not the highlight reel.

It didn't happen
all at once.
It happened in chapters. Here are mine.
Before All Of It
Growing up, I didn't have confidence. I didn't have self-love. I didn't take care of myself — not my body, not my mind, not really. That took me years to change, and it didn't happen the way you'd expect.
The First Time I Started Over
I got pregnant at 19 and had my first baby at 20. I left that relationship when he was about a year old — and raised him myself from there. No plan, no map, I just knew I had to.
Once I left, I got into nutrition for the first time and lost 60 lbs. It was the first time I learned what it felt like to choose myself. It wouldn't be the last.
The Marriage
Later, I got into a relationship, had my second son, and then got married. Somewhere in there, the weight came back — and then some — right along with pieces of myself. I spent that season trying to prove my worth, being there for everyone but me, shrinking a little more every year to make it all fit.
The Leaving
I'd already decided I was leaving almost a year before I actually did. I wanted one more round of holidays with my family first. I remember the exact moment it clicked — switching my closet from summer clothes to winter ones and realizing I didn't want to do this anymore. I wanted to start over.
That year I found self-development podcasts and listened to them every single day. I got my coaching certification — at first just to learn more, and then because I actually wanted to do it. I also started working on my health again, before I'd even packed a bag.
Then, after that last round of holidays, I did what I said I would. I left, with my two boys, my car, and our clothes. That was it.
I won't pretend that was brave in the moment. It mostly felt terrifying. But it was the first thing I'd done in years for me and my future.
The Rebuild
I moved in with my parents and kept going with what I'd already started. I lost the full 85 lbs and kept it off.
Around that same time, I tried to turn what I'd learned into a coaching program. I called it Inner Baddie — same idea as this, at its core. I coached two girls. But it didn't go anywhere. I wasn't ready yet, and this was long before anyone was building brands the way you can now. I let it go. But I never gave up on the dream. It's always been a calling.
The Glow-Up
The real shift came at around 28, when I finally started applying everything I'd learned. I set myself a beauty day. I built a habit tracker. I started actually using a calendar. I found my personal style for the first time. I said affirmations out loud, even when I felt silly saying them. I did whatever it took to feel good in my own skin — and I focused on the things I already loved about myself instead of the things I wanted to fix. This was the first time I ever knew I looked good, instead of just hoping I did.
That's when it actually clicked. That's when I felt confident for the first time in my life.
Since Then
I built Live In Your Design once before, under an earlier version of this brand. I'm rebranding it again now — not because the mission changed, but because I finally understand what I've actually been doing all along.
Yes, I'm teaching women how to design a life they love. But really, I've just been designing and redesigning mine, over and over, until I got it right enough to teach it.
Right Now
I'm still a single mom, still working a full-time job, still building Live In Your Design in the in-between hours. I still have hard seasons. I still start over more than I'd like to admit.
I'm not coaching you from some finished, healed, figured-out place — I'm doing this alongside you, in real time. That's the whole point.

The things I won't
compromise on.
Authenticity
The real version, not the polished
one. Always.
Progress Over Perfection
Messy and moving beats stalled and perfect.
Consistency
Small and repeated changes everything.
Self-Belief
You have to bet on yourself before anyone else will.
Freedom
A life built on your terms — not anyone else's timeline.
"I built Live In Your Design because I wanted the life I kept dreaming about — and I realized I was going to have to build it myself. So I did. And I'm still building it."
The It Girl life you keep picturing? It's not a fantasy. It's a blueprint. And I'm here to help you build it.
